And in the presence of a histological picture of koilocyte transformation of urothelium, in form of eccentrically located nuclei with a vast perinuclear area of clarification – koilocytes, combined with pyknosis, inflammatory lymphocytic infiltration is used to diagnose chronic recurrent cystitis with signs of papilloma virus infection.;EFFECT: method enables higher accuracy of differential diagnosis of bacterial or viral chronic cystitis, which enables to select a reasonable management approach to the patient, reduce the number of recurrences.;1 cl, 2 ex, 2 dwg
