METHOD FOR PREPARING VACCINE WITH ALUMINIUM HYDROXIDE AGAINST MASTITIS OF COWS STREPTOCOCCAL AETIOLOGY

FIELD: biotechnology.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to biotechnology and veterinary medicine. Presented is a method for producing a vaccine of aluminum hydroxide against mastitis of cows of streptococcal aetiology. Method includes cultivation in culture medium at pH 6.8–7.2 of microorganisms of strains Streptococcus agalactiae 6150 serogroup B and Enterococcus faecalis 356 serogroup D, taken in equal volumes of 4–8 billion mt/cm³, their inactivation with formaldehyde at 41–45 °C for 3–5 days and addition of aluminium hydroxide adjuvant, wherein cultivation of streptococcus strains is carried out at oxidation-reduction potential of the culture liquid −200…−150 mV and pO2 at level of 15–25 % of saturation with air oxygen with limiting growth of glucose.;EFFECT: invention is aimed at production of aluminium hydroxide vaccine ensuring protection of lactating cows against streptococcal aetiology.;1 cl, 1 tbl, 6 ex
