FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to traumatology and orthopedics, and concerns methods of surgical management of patella fractures. Fixation of fragments with two wires is performed in parallel to anatomical axis of limb without exit of cortical layer of proximal fragment pole, and the third wire is delivered through the proximal fragment perpendicular to the two wires previously drawn.;EFFECT: method provides reducing traumatisation of a tendon of the quadriceps muscle of the thigh, rotational stability of the fragments, as well as minimal traumaticity of the operation, excluding the pain syndrome in the postoperative period due to the proposed positioning of the wires.;1 cl, 1 ex, 1 dwg
