At that, on each involved shunting locomotive there is an on-board control device 4, which includes communication controller 5, an on-board navigation signal receiver 6, receiving-transmitting device 7, control unit 8, traction 9 and braking 10 control means, information monitoring and processing unit 11, communication controller 5, navigation signal receiver 6, transceiver 7, unit 14 of permitted modes, indication unit 15 and locomotive emergency stop signal generator 16, sensors 17 of technical and dynamic characteristics of operation of power devices and movement of locomotive.;EFFECT: increase in the safety integrity level of the system is achieved.;1 cl, 1 dwg
