FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to urology and andrology, and can be used for surgical management of Peyronie's disease. Implant is made of modified xenopericardium, from which a flap is cut out 3–4 mm more than the size of the defect of the excised pathological tunica albuginea to close the defect. It is fixed so that rough side faces cavernous bodies and surrounding tissues, and smooth – to internal surface of skin flap.;EFFECT: method provides skin flap flexibility relative to xenopericardial plate and at the same time dense fusion of the latter with cavernous bodies due to rough surface of xenopericardium flap.;1 cl, 5 dwg, 1 ex
