FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to orthopedics, and can be used in surgical management of spine scoliosis in adolescents and adults. After accessing the spinal column from the concave side of the scoliosis, temporary short rods are inserted into the distal and proximal transpedicular screws-bases, on rods the C-frame of the reposition device is pre-mounted, by means of which gradual dosated traction of the spinal column is performed. In the heads of the transpedicular screws introduced along the main scoliosis arc from the concave side of scoliosis, a short rod is pre-bent in accordance with spinal deformity and its physiological bends, by means of which feasible derotation of the spinal deformation is performed. After that, short rod is fixed on screws. Then from convex side of scoliotic arch in transpedicular screws long rod is installed and additional feasible correction of scoliosis is performed by means of compression between screws. After that, the long rod is rigidly fixed in the heads of the transpedicular screws, the reposition device is dismantled and all short rods are replaced from the concave side of the scoliosis on the long rod, which is rigidly fixed in the heads of the transpedicular screws.;EFFECT: method provides high clinical effectiveness in scoliotic spinal deformities, reduced traumatism and length of operation ensured by controlled reposition abilities and subsequent reliable stabilization of the spinal column.;1 cl, 5 dwg, 1 ex
