FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to ophthalmology. To determine structural-functional changes of retina and optic nerve in drusen of optic nerve disc optical coherence tomography is performed in modes of macula scanning and vascular regimen. Position of the drusen disc of the optic nerve is determined. Retinal ganglion cell complex is evaluated. Blood flow changes in the superficial retinal plexus are examined. Results of perimetry are analysed. With peripheral arrangement of drusen, expansion of blind spot boundaries and change in density of superficial retinal plexus in the form of single zones of hypoperfusion are determined. With drusen central location, drusen and sectoral nonperfusion position dependency is determined in macular area, reduced density of capillaries of superficial retinal plexus and volume of complex of ganglionic cells of retina, as well as expressed depression of perimetric parameters.;EFFECT: method provides more accurate determination of degree of manifestation of structural and functional changes of the retina and optic nerve in drusen of the optic disc.;1 cl, 2 ex, 8 dwg
