FIELD: rocket equipment.;SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to rocket science, namely, to launch solid-propellant boosters of carrier rocket. Starting solid-propellant accelerator of launch vehicle consists of sections of channel charges with bodies made in the form of "cocoons" from high-strength composite material. Sections of channel charges are connected to each other by means of gas ducts. Lower nozzle section is fitted by a swivel nozzle. Feature of design is that upper part of internal channel of each charge, except far from nozzle, is reserved for length equal to value of arch of charge, on internal surface of gas duct there is a shield fixed, made of heat-resistant material, protruding on entire length of armor and attached to it.;EFFECT: proposed design of booster rocket booster ensures higher reliability of its operation and ballistic efficiency.;1 cl, 3 dwg
