For fixation of capsular sac to sclera with weakness of ligamentous apparatus of lens, in which after introduction into rear chamber of viscoelastic in injection needle 30G, combined with hollow handle, polypropylene thread 9-0 with length of 10 cm is carried out, leaving piercing end 5 cm. Then needle is bent at angle of 120–140° by cutting the needle up and at distance of 2.5 mm from the limb in the middle of the sector with the weakest ligament, a sclera and ciliary body puncture is performed, wherein the needle stroke is parallel to the iris and the anterior capsule until the needle is pricked in the projection of the pupil.
