FIELD: reflexotherapy.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to reflexotherapy, namely to methods of massage with the help of a vacuum apparatus, and can be used as a medical, health-improving or cosmetic procedure, providing medical and sanitary or cosmetic effect on the human body. Method of vacuum massage consists in arrangement on the surface of patient's body of groups of cups of vacuum apparatus with collectors and creation of preset rarefaction inside cups. Cups are divided into at least two groups, each of which is connected to its independent header. Said collectors are provided with a vacuum pressure periodic with amplitude varying from minimum to maximum, and the phase being different for each group of cups.;EFFECT: invention enables reducing pain syndrome and providing higher therapeutic effectiveness ensured by intensified metabolic-regulatory processes.;10 cl, 12 dwg
