FIELD: poultry farming.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to poultry breeding, in particular to a method for increasing egg laying of laying hens of parent stock and quality of hatching eggs. Method is characterized by that in the diet of hens an extruded mixture is added, obtained from pumpkin cake of cold pressing with addition of two biologically active additives "Ekostimul-2" and "Lavitol-arabinogalactan", one of which contains dihydroquercetin and is introduced at rate of 4.0 mg of dihydroquercetin per 1 kg of live weight a day, and the second contains arabinogalactan and is introduced at rate of 4.4 mg of arabinogalactan per 1 kg of live weight a day. Mixture is extruded at pressure 50 atm, temperature 150 °C for not more than 5 s.;EFFECT: use of the invention enables metabolic processes activation, increases productivity and improves morphological indices and chemical composition of hatching eggs.;1 cl, 11 tbl
