FIELD: oil and gas industry.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry and can be used in production of gas from wells with water-flooded gas formation. Method comprises opening by perforation of absorbing formation located above water-flooded gas formation. Pump unit is enclosed in casing. Tubing string is disconnected into the upper and lower sections. This is done by means of cross clutch, which is made with longitudinal and radial channels. Perforated pipe is placed on the part of the upper section of the tubing string with an annular gap. It is equipped with packers at the ends. Pumping unit is lowered on tubing string to face of water-flooded gas well with simultaneous penetration of perforated pipe into perforation interval of absorbing formation. Packers are activated to provide insulation of absorbing formation. Well is tied with a gas line. Pump unit is started and water is lifted along lower section of tubing string, lengthwise channels in cross coupling, annular gap between part of upper section of tubing string and perforated pipe. At that, water is pumped into absorbing formation. Pump unit is switched off. Gas is extracted from gas stratum released from water through radial channels of cross coupling and upper section of tubing string. Extracted gas is supplied to the gas line.;EFFECT: providing fast removal of large volumes of formation water from flooding gas bed with pumping into absorbing formation, increasing production cycle of gas well and reducing costs for construction of new wells.;1 cl, 2 dwg
