Stressed wave gear transmission contains rigid gear wheel, flexible gear wheel made with possibility of engagement with rigid gear wheel, and a wave generator for bending the flexible gear wheel to obtain a non-circular shape and forming an engaging portion with the rigid gear wheel and for moving the engagement portion in the circumferential direction of the rigid gear wheel. Wave generator is configured to bend the flexible gear wheel so as to form an engagement portion in at least two positions with equal angular intervals in the circumferential direction of the flexible gear wheel, and engagement portions formed in at least two positions have different from each other mould.
