FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to experimental pharmacology, and can be used for correction of placental microcirculation disorders. That is ensured by reproducing the pre-eclampsia model in the Wistar rats by intraperitoneal introduction of L-nitro-arginine-methyl ester 25 mg/kg daily from 14th to 20th day of pregnancy.
