First surgical suture in the labial groove is implanted into one of the two upper points on the vermilion border of the upper lip along the edge of the labial groove, towards the cranial cranial neck and further towards the opposite nostril opening, under the skin with fixation in the ligament under the additional cartilage of the nose and further in the ligament to the nostril.
