FIELD: measuring equipment.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of measurement equipment and can be used for assessment of condition and integrity of pile supports of structures and control of moisture content of containing soil in permafrost areas. Disclosed is a system for automated monitoring of pile foundations of building structures in permafrost regions, comprising a pulsed seismic radiator (3) mounted on soil under the building center, seismic detectors (4) mounted on each of piles (2), a linear electric radiator in form of a grounded cable placed on the ground along the building and representing a radiating electromagnetic antenna (9) connected to the electromagnetic oscillation generator (11), as well as receiving inductive sensors (13) of horizontal components of electromagnetic field, placed together with thermometers in measuring wells (12) between piles. At that electromagnetic oscillation generator (11), seismic receivers (4) and receiving inductive sensors (13) are connected through multichannel communication line (5), commutator (6) and microcontroller (7) to radio station (8) of control and data transmission to dispatcher.;EFFECT: wider range of technical means for automated monitoring of pile foundations of building structures in permafrost regions, and high sensitivity of device to measured parameters: natural frequencies of acoustic oscillations of piles under action of seismic shocks emitted by pulsed non-explosive radiator; electric conductivity of near-soil soil; humidity and temperature due to use of receiving inductive sensors and measurement of phase difference between current of generator and signal from output of receiving sensors.;1 cl, 2 dwg
