FIELD: food industry.;SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a device for separation of co-extruded food products, comprising a separating roller, which has an annular outer forming surface and a row of radially extending separating cutters, each of which passes along the entire width of the separating roller, according to invention each separating cutter has triangular cutting edge located in the center between two sealing elements, extending from opposite sides of the base of the triangular cutting edge, wherein the sealing elements are shaped to press a portion of the food product immediately after cutting, in which each separating cutter has a shape consisting of several alternating elements, wherein adjacent elements pass in alternating directions, angle between which is from 90 to 150 degrees, forming saw-tooth or zigzag profile on each cutter. Method for production of co-extruded food product includes supply of food product flow between opposite rolls of device for formation of multiple separate components of food product from flow of food product. Disclosed is a device for production of co-extruded cereal product, comprising a pair of opposed rolls, which are arranged with possibility of rotation in opposite directions, wherein at least one of said rollers comprises a number of cutters, configured to cut the food product flow into a plurality of separate granules, according to the invention, each cutter includes: (a) a first radially extending portion forming a cutting edge configured to cut and separate adjacent granules; and (b) a pair of circumferentially extending edges on opposite sides of the first radial discharge portion configured to press the food product along the edge of the granule to form a seal; wherein each cutter has segments located at alternating angles, which provides a non-linear shear and seal on each of said granules.;EFFECT: invention allows to produce a co-extruded dry breakfast with required distribution of softness and hardness by volume of each of granules.;13 cl, 10 dwg
