FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to a method for personalized intraoperative contact local hyperthermia for treating locally advanced malignant tumors. Method involves heating a bed of a removed or resected tumor by an intraoperatively manufactured and an individual implant, repeating the shape of the tumor bed, for personalized intraoperative contact local hyperthermia for treating locally spread malignant tumors. Implant comprises a cavity filled with a heat-releasing agent.
