FIELD: construction.;SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in construction of reinforced concrete residential, public and industrial buildings during production of floors of prefabricated-monolithic buildings with jointless frame, made with overlap pre-stressing in two orthogonal directions. Method for tensioning high-strength screw reinforcement when making prestressed floors consists in the fact that metal wedges with angle of 1–4.5 degrees and flat spring are laid in contact seams of floor slabs with columns, and metal wedges without springs are inserted into contact seams between plates. Then high-strength screw reinforcement is assembled in each span of prestressed axis of the frame by screwing reinforcing bars into pre-column-molded sleeves with internal thread and installation of adapter with right and left thread, Jacking is then tightened through columns to 1.1–1.4 of rated final prestress. Further, in crimped state, rods are joined in the span between the columns by way of case sinking from one rod to another; lifting of screw fixtures is performed due to adapter with right and left thread for selection of gaps. Pressure is then released from said jacks and helical reinforcement is tensioned in every span of thrust axis due to elastic deformation of springs in contact seams with column and elastic deformation of reduced plates and bead beams to design value of pre-stress.;EFFECT: technical result of invention consists in acceleration of construction period, reduction of construction labor intensity.;1 cl, 7 dwg
