FIELD: pharmaceutics.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pharmaceutics, namely to production of microcapsules of furacilin. Disclosed is a method of increasing the antimicrobial activity of furacilin in vitro by dispersing furacilin in 0.5–1.0 wt%. solution of sodium salt of carboxymethyl cellulose in water, wherein the dispersant used is a nonionic solubiliser and an emulsifier Cremophor® EL, taken in amount of 1.0 wt% of weight of encapsulated substance, which is polyoxyethylated castor oil. Additional dispersion of the obtained dispersion is carried out on ultrasonic bath VU-09-"Ya-FP"-03, and further drying of the dispersion is carried out by spray drying on a spray dryer Nano Spray Dryer B-90 at temperature of 600 °C on membrane with pore size of 7 mcm.;EFFECT: invention provides simplifying and accelerating the process of producing microcapsules with a given set of properties, as well as high antibacterial activity of furacilin due to its microencapsulation.;1 cl, 1 tbl, 3 ex, 3 dwg
