Ventilation system comprises at least one ventilation device (6) having at least one first ventilation duct (9) extending in helmet body (4), and first slider (18) relating to said at least one ventilation duct (9) and for changing a flow section of said at least one ventilation duct (9) configured to move along helmet body (4) between a position of opening a ventilation duct and the ventilation channel closing position.
