Method for securing a data exchange in a distributed infrastructure

Provided is a method for facilitating secure data exchange between a number of nodes of a network of nodes, each node for encrypting the data exchange having identical cryptographic key pairs, the key pairs being generated automatically by the respective nodes. The addition of nodes to a network of nodes is done using a temporary public key that is generated by the node to be added and that needs to be verified by trusted entities. After successful verification, the node to be added is provided with the encrypted cryptographic key pair required for the data exchange. After the new node has been added, all nodes of the network again have identical cryptographic key pairs for the encrypted data exchange.
