Single dose pack with a material chamber that is fragile to separate from a handle and concentric part or half cylinders that hold an applicator. An outer part cylinder, which is arranged over an inner half cylinder, encloses and holds an applicator. Movement of the handle with respect to the material chamber separates the handle from the material chamber to access a material contained in the material chamber. Different size and shape inserts specifically adjust the volume of the material chamber.
