Magnesium alloy with Al, Sr, Ca and Mn with the balance Mg and unavoidable impurities, the magnesium alloy having: a structure with an α-Mg phase and a precipitate which is present in at least one of a grain boundary of the α-Mg- Phase and a cell boundary is dispersed, wherein the precipitate contains: at least one phase selected from a group A, consisting of an AlSr phase, an AlSr phase, a (Mg, Al) Sr phase and a (Mg, Al) Sr phase and at least one phase selected from a group B, consisting of an AlCa phase and a (Mg, Al) Ca phase, the magnesium alloy having a total area rate of the group A precipitate of a group B in a cross section - Has precipitates equal to or more than 2.5% and equal to or less than 30%.
