The disclosure provides "Methods for Deburring Hot Stamped Parts and Parts Formed From Them". A method of forming a hot stamped, die quenched, and deburred die is provided. The method includes hot stamping and die quenching a stamped part using a quench die and forming a die quenched plate. The quenching die has at least one channel with slow cooling. The die-quenched plate is deburred along the at least one punctiform soft zone, which is located next to a hard zone. The stamped part can be formed from a press-hardening steel (PHS), and the at least one soft zone can have a ferritic fine structure, and the at least one hard zone can have a martensitic fine structure. The at least one punctiform soft zone can have a microhardness of between approximately 200 HV and approximately 250 HV, and the hard zone can have a microhardness of between approximately 400 HV and approximately 500 HV.
