The process according to the invention uses a sterilization mixture which consists of hot air and atomized finely dispersed hydrogen peroxide (HO). This creates an overpressure of the given concentration of the mixture in the inner circuit of the leaky isolator by the technological openings restricting the flow of excess gaseous peroxide into the low pressure area of the outer leaky circuit during the whole process of bottling the sterilized product. The inside and outside of the bottles, in front of the inlet and internal circuit of the leaky isolator, as well as the inside and outside caps, which are conveyed along the inclined wire guides, are successively treated with a sterilizing mixture and sterile air before the beverage is filled and is closed. Streams of the disinfectant mixture are also formed to treat the transmission stars of the internal circuit of the isolator.
