Systems, methods, and devices for diagnosing the signal integrity of a communication channel are disclosed, as are related systems, methods, and devices. One method includes receiving an input signal from a transmission line of the communication channel and performing an auto-amplification function on the input signal to generate a regulated output signal having a predetermined voltage amplitude. The method also includes adding an interfering signal to the regulated output signal to produce a summation output. The method also includes digitizing the summation output and analyzing the digitized summation output to determine an error level.
