The method includes a step of forming a target surface (17) for additive manufacturing to be larger than a shape dimension of the three-dimensional shape, a step of performing additive manufacturing on the target surface (17) that has been formed large, and a step of performing cutting work in an area where additive manufacturing has been performed to complete the three-dimensional shape.
