Food composition comprising only 2'-Fucosyllactose (2-FL) as fucosylated oligosaccharide and only lacto-N-neotetraose (LNnT) as N-acetylated oligosaccharide,where the ratio of fucosylated oligosaccharide(s):N-acetylated oligosaccharide(s) is 1,5:1 to 2,5:1,where the fucosylated oligosaccharide is present in an aggregate quantity of 0,8-1,5 g/L of the composition and/or in an aggregate quantity of 0,55-1,05 g/100 g of the dry weight composition; andwhere the N-acetylated oligosaccharide is present in the total quantity of 0,5-0,8 g/L of the composition and/or in the total quantity of 0,35-0,56 g/100g of the dry weight composition,for use in the prevention and/or treatment of gastrointestinal infections and/or gastrointestinal inflammation in infants or young children.
