A cartridge for use in a steam supply system, the cartridge including an inner container containing a reservoir for a fluid to be vaporized and an outer housing with a mouthpiece formed therein, the outer housing extending longitudinally along the outside of the inner container over at least a portion of the inner container extends and wherein the inner container and the outer housing are provided with a locking mechanism to hold the inner container within the outer housing.
