Cutter (10), comprising:a base (20), comprising a seat (21) and a guide rail (23), in which the seat (21) includes a cutting line arranged on a surface of it (214), where the guide rail (23) is located on the seat (21) and defines with the top surface of the seat (21) one of the cutting lines (214) adjacent to it (26);a rotary table (30) which is mounted rotationally on the seat (21) of the base (20) and arranged at one end of the guide rail (23); andmultiple cutting units (40),where each of the cutting units comprises a knife holder (50) and a knife (60), in which the knife holder (50) is remotely fixed in the rotating table (30) and comprises two opposite guide blocks (55), in which the knife (60) is rotated on the knife holder (50) and comprises a blade (62), partially protruding from a bottom of the knife holder (50), in which the cutting units (40) with the rotation of the rotary table (30) can be moved to an end of the guide rail (23) and can be removed from the rotary table (30) along the radial direction of the rotary table (30),so that the two guide blocks (55) of the knife holder (50) can be moved along the guide rail (23) of the base (20) to carry the blade (62) of the knife (60) along the cutting line (214) of the base (20).
