A toy gun safety and warning structure comprising: a toy gun body; a trigger assembly pivotally disposed on the toy gun body; at least one through hole portion provided in the toy gun body and located on one side of the trigger assembly; a stop member movably disposed in the toy gun body and serves to limit the pivoting movement of the trigger assembly; an elastic element which is arranged in the toy gun body and is located on one side of the stop element and serves to move the stop element; a first contact section which is provided in the stop element; an operating element which is movable on the through-hole section is arranged; at least one second contact section, which is provided in the operating element and bears against the first contact section to limit the movement of the stop element; at least one warning section, which is provided in the operating element n is and is exposed outside the toy gun body, which can indicate whether the trigger assembly is pivotable or hidden by the control element in the toy gun body.
