Requirement for protection: series vehicles fitted with hydraulic or mechanical lifting equipment (on tyres, ramps or stepping structures) shall be equipped/rebuilt for fire-fighting purposes, preferably specially designed for this purpose. All of the above devices can be driven by diesel, petrol, electricity or gas.
