Manually pushed trolley comprising: a first frame with a first flat frame surface running in the top-bottom direction and in the front-back direction, a first handle with a first flat gripping surface resting against the first flat frame surface, and a first clamping mechanism which, in a state in which the first flat gripping surface is in contact with the first flat frame surface, fixes the first handle on the first frame by clamping the first frame and the first handle, wherein a height at which the handle is fixed with respect to the frame can be changed.
