A nutritional supplement structure (10) which can regulate the cell metabolism comprises a soft capsule (12), the surface of which is provided with a plurality of ribs (22), and a liquid nutrient composition (14) contained therein, the ribs (22) extending obliquely on the surface of the soft capsule (12), and wherein the liquid nutrient composition (14) consists of vitamins, amino acids and D-sugar and has nutritional effects that slow cell aging and oxidation, support cell growth and can regulate cell metabolism.
