An intelligent cutting tool system for precision cutting, characterized in that it comprises a cutting blade, an upper shaft, a lower shaft, a pressure sensor, a bluetooth transmission device and a power supply device, the pressure sensor transmitting the real-time data to the CNC machine tool system through the bluetooth transmission device, and wherein the power supply device supplies power to the pressure sensor and the Bluetooth transmission device; and wherein the upper shaft is divided into a pressure sensor section and a fixed connection section fixedly connected to the lower shaft; and wherein a blade installation groove matched with the cutting blade is provided at the front end of the pressure sensor portion, and wherein the cutting tip of the cutting blade is on the center line of the cross section of the main body of the upper shaft after the cutting blade is installed in the blade installation groove; and wherein a pressure sensing groove is provided on the left side of the pressure sensor portion, and wherein the pressure sensor is disposed in the pressure sensing groove, and wherein the pressure sensor is in a state of compressive stress and measures a radial force in the horizontal direction when the radial force is in the horizontal direction acts on the cutting blade; and wherein a pressure detection gap is provided between the pressure sensor portion and the lower shaft, and wherein in the pressure detection gap is also disposed the pressure sensor which is fixed by the compressive stress of the connection between the upper shaft and the lower shaft and for measuring the main cutting force in the vertical direction is used; and wherein a detachable support block is disposed on both sides of the gap and is inserted into the pressure detection gap to change the support point of the pressure sensor section.
