drum cooling system with an eccentric inner hole, characterized by an external cooling tube body (1) mounted on the outside of the drum (2), the drum (1) comprising a feed-in opening, and a feed-in hole (3) corresponding to the feed-in opening on the cooling tube head body (2), and where a cooling hole (4) is provided for in the cooling tube head body (2) and where a cooling medium passage (5) is provided in the cooling tube head body (2), and where a cooling medium access and coolant outlet are still provided on the cooling tube head body (2),and where the cooling tube head (2) comprises a thin wall section above the drum (1) and a thick wall section below the drum (22), and where the wall thickness of the thick wall section (22) is greater than the wall thickness of the thin wall section (21), and where the cooling pipe passage (5) is located in the thick wall section (22).
