non-woven heat insulating refractory material for forming the lining of a garment,incorporating a mixture of polymer fibres which are linked to a single textile product by thermal bonding; andcontaining the polymer and two-component fibres of the "core coat" type with a concentric arrangement,which is characterised by:the two-component fibres have a fineness of 0,22 tex and the polymer fibres have oxidised polyacrylonitrile fibres having the fineness of 0,17 tex,where the weight of the abovementioned components of the mixture is as follows:Two-component fibres - 20-30%,Oxidised polyacrylnitrile fibres - 70-80%,where, in such a mixture, the proportion of the weight of the two-component fibre components to the oxidised polyacrylic nitrile fibres is 1/4 to 3/7 and the material structure consists of three layers: upper, lower and inner, where the upper layer and the lower layer have a higher strength than the inner layer.
