The invention relates to the field of softening or lubricating textile fibers, natural, synthetic or mixed, as well as keratin fibers. The invention provides a softening or softening composition, the rheology of which is controlled by means of a particular thickening agent. This thickening agent prepared from several isocyanate compounds also forms part of the invention.
