Pressure regulator (100) comprising a head (1) combined by a nut (2) with a connector (3) to be assembled by screwing to a common rail. The head (1) has an electromagnetic valve (11) with a valve stem (112), a valve body (12) for delimiting a discharge chamber (133), and a bore (134) connecting the chamber (133) to the return. The nut (2) with external thread (22) is installed freely in rotation on the front (13) of the head (1). The fitting (3) has a housing (31) with a shoulder (312) crossed by a passage (33) and a threaded entry (32) to receive the thread (22) of the nut (2) and tighten the body of valve (12) against the shoulder (312). The other end having an external thread (34) corresponding to an internal end thread of the common rail, and an outlet nozzle (35) for connecting the discharge chamber (133) to the return to the tank.
