The invention relates to a cleaning system (1) for an aquatic environment, for collecting an aquatic environment polluted by floating elements at its surface and for obtaining an aquatic environment cleansed from said floating elements. The cleaning system (1) comprises three modules: (a) a floating aquatic vehicle module (2), (b) an extraction module (3), intended to receive said polluted aquatic medium coming from said floating aquatic vehicle module (2 ), and (c) a pumping module (4), adapted to generate a circulation of said polluted / depolluted aquatic medium from said floating aquatic vehicle module (2) up to said extraction module (3). The cleaning system (1) further comprises a network of pipes (5) connecting said modules (2, 3, 4), for the circulation of said polluted aquatic medium between said modules (2, 3, 4).
