The present invention relates to a frequency synthesis device with a high multiplication rank, comprising a base frequency generator (810) generating two first square basic signals of the same frequency and inverse to each other, a first synthesis stage (820) comprising two first switched supply oscillators (821), whose supplies are respectively switched by the first two basic signals, a second synthesis stage (830) comprising a second switched supply oscillator (831) of which the supply is switched by a combination of the output signals of the first two oscillators, the output of the second switched supply oscillator being filtered by a frequency discrimination circuit (832) produced by means of an injection-locked oscillator.
