The present invention relates to a helmet (100) comprising at least a first part (110, 120, 130, 140) and a second part (110, 120, 130, 140) characterized in that each of the first (110, 120, 130 , 140) and second (110, 120, 130, 140) parts includes: • An internal face formed of an internal layer; • An external face formed of an external layer; • A spacer layer having a honeycomb structure and being disposed between the inner layer and the outer layer; • At least one beveled edge (151, 152, 161, 162, 171, 172, 181, 182); • The first part (110, 120, 130, 140) and the second part (110, 120, 130, 140) being configured to be integral with one another by fixing their bevelled edge (151, 152, 161 , 162, 171, 172, 181, 182) with each other.
