The thermostatic valve (1) comprises a housing (2) having a fluid inlet (20), a first outlet (21) and a second outlet (22), a valve (4) movable between a closed position in which the valve ( 4) closes the first outlet (21) and an open position in which the valve (4) opens the first outlet (21), a thermostatic actuator (6) comprising an actuating rod (61) connected to the valve (4) and a capsule (60) containing a thermally expandable material, and a heating element (8). The capsule (60) has an internal portion (63a) which extends inside the housing (2) so as to bathe in the fluid circulating between the inlet (20) and the second outlet of the housing (2), and an outer portion (63b) which extends outside of the housing (2). The heating element (8) is arranged outside the housing (2) and outside the capsule (60) to heat the outer portion (63b).
