An outgoing water flow control assembly (100), comprising a water inlet body (10) having a water inlet channel and a valve cavity which intersects the water channel water inlet, a push rod (20), penetrating through the push rod hole and non-rotatably connected to the water inlet body (10) in a sealed and sliding manner, a plurality of push blocks being arranged at a first end of the push rod (20) extending into the valve cavity, when the push rod (20) is depressed, the push blocks push against tooth blocks in a position stop, so that the rotor (30) moves axially and turns; and when the push rod (20) is released, the elastic member (40) drives a rotor (30) for an axially reset, and the tooth blocks resist the guide blocks and continue to rotate to a position d 'next stop.
