The invention relates to a system (10) for the production of at least one part made of composite material with a polymer matrix comprising: - an autoclave (11) comprising a first temperature sensor (14) configured to measure the temperature of the autoclave (11); - a plurality of second temperature sensors (15) which are configured to measure the surface temperature of at least one part (20) to be polymerized; - a control unit (13) to the first temperature sensor (14) and connected to the plurality of second temperature sensors (15), and which is configured to control the execution of the polymerization cycle by the autoclave (11) and implement a control loop for the control cycle of the polymerization cycle.
