The invention relates to a suction system (10) for a TIG torch (1) comprising a sleeve (11) having a through orifice (14) extending between the proximal face (12) and the distal face (13), said through hole (14) having a first diameter (D1), and an annular groove (15) opening into its proximal face (12), said annular groove (15) having a second diameter (D2) greater than the first diameter (D1) and being coaxial with the through hole (14) so as to form a shoulder configured to receive in abutment the sealing ring (5, 5 ') of the welding head (2) when the sleeve (11) is fitted on the head (2) welding.
