The invention relates to a method for preparing a surface (2) to adjust, in a reproducible manner, its adhesion capacity. It comprises the following successive stages: a) completely covering the surface (2) with a non-stick coating (3), for example a release agent; and b) subjecting the coating (3) to a laser beam (4), so as to free from said coating at least part of the surface, the proportion of surface released (5) being defined to provide the desired adjustment of the capacity surface adhesion.
