The invention relates to a process for the preparation of bituminous mixtures in granular form which are not bound by mixing, at room temperature, aggregates and solid particles of a bituminous binder, with a particle size of less than approximately 1 mm. The invention also relates to the preparation of bituminous mixes from said bituminous mixtures.
