Device for immobilizing a removable rechargeable electric accumulator battery by magnetic force of attraction (magnetization) on its support obtained by at least one couple (electromagnetic cup, ferromagnetic element), each element of the couple being mounted face to face, one on the battery side, the other on the battery support side. The suction cup is indifferently of the type with effective magnetization effect under electric power supply or permanent magnet with magnetization cancellation under electric power supply, this electric power supply being able to be controlled by an electric current switch button integral with the battery or with another component connected or controlled by the battery lifting handle.
